Hi here I have a Lincat ESLR9C Silverlink 600 6 Plate Electric Range. Fully serviced by our catering engineers. Thermostatic temperature control 50 to 250C. Simmerstat temperature control of hotplates, six positions. Automatic power reduction if pan removed or boils dry. Fully pressed and sealed hob top. Removable oven base, easy cleaning. Supplied with 2 shelves, with 4 shelf positions. Height adjustable front legs and castors at the rear. Electric 16.5kW, 400V, hardwired three phase.

H430 x W720 x D350mm, internal oven. H934 x W900 x D670mm. The Lincat Silverlink 600 electric 6 burner range ESLR9C has six hob burners and a twin fan assisted oven for uniformed heat and consistent cooking. Containing vitreous enamelled oven liners, a removable floor plate and shelf supports for easy cleaning.

The oven has double insulated doors, side and back panels providing safer operation, greater efficiency and economy. Also featuring a fully pressed sealed hob top for easy cleaning, thermostatic controls which control each six plates independently and automatic power reduction in case the pan boils dry or is removed which will help prolong the hotplate life.

Please note, this is 3 phase machine. Condition: These are used products and as such may have minor surface scratches or dents; however we will highlight any obvious marks or issues in the item description. It is tested to be in good working order and we invite customers to see this for themselves at our unit at Bd213hd. If we are unable to supply you with the parts you require, we will send you a replacement machine of equal (or better) specification.
